- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been a patient here for many years, since they switched to privia medical group it seems quality of care and customer service has plummeted. They care more about squeezing in as many patients as possible to make a buck. Recently o switched jobs and it requires me to find private insurance, I didn't want the headache of finding a new doctor, so I looked through the list of insurance companies they will except on their website and decided to go with Kaiser, when calling to make an appointment two months after switching my insurance I find out they do not except Kaiser and have no sympathy about their website being inaccurate. So I guess this has been a blessing in disguise to go to a new doctor! But if you have to go here, make the extra drive to the Manassas location where the staff is much friendlier and they seem to care more about your health and not an extra dollarFebruary 16, 2017by Diane Heath
